Jim Pla, the youngest Formula BMW contestant, finished both races, respectively in 19th and 17th position. "I know it's not an impressive result", he admitted, "but competition is fierce when you're racing in the middle of the pack. I need to improve my starts as this is when I lose some positions, especially in Sunday's wet race where visibility was really limited. Nevertheless, I'm still gaining experience and I'm still increasing my understanding of the car's set-up."
